The Lemon Law is designed to protect consumers that purchase new cars, trucks, SUVs and mini-vans. As of 1993 all fifty U.S. states have passed Lemon Laws. Each state has different standards and procedures, but all have similar coverage.
There are also other Consumer Protection laws that apply to consumer product purchases. Complaints, recalls and class actions are also an option for certain cases. There are options for new, used and leased vehicles.
Documentation is critical to protecting their rights. Never leave the dealership without a copy of their repair order.Make sure their repair order states all of their vehicles deficiencies.

Always make certain that the work order states the date and time they leave their vehicle for repair, the repairs that were performed and the date they pick it up. Always save all repair orders.
The dealer or manufacturer may inform them that they do not have a claim under the lemon law. They should contact them for that determination. Assistance is only a moment away.
They have successfully settled claims for thousands of lemon law clients. They take pride in their ability to assure that their clients enjoy the justice they deserve.
Their previous clients refer many new clients to them and They look forward to doing their very best for them.

Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman, Mackauf, Bloom & Rubinowitz has enjoyed a long and storied tradition of success for their clients. The firm was founded in 1919 in New York City by Harry A.
Gair, one of the most prominent and respected trial attorneys in the country .Today, the firm is still based in Manhattan and features some of the finest personal injury attorneys in the nation.
They Are specialized expertise, aggressive advocacy and extensive case preparation have fostered an outstanding record of success at both the trial and appellate levels.
The sum of the verdicts and settlements their attorneys have obtained approaches $1 billion dollars. They believe the key to achieving these results is to limit their case intake to approximately 80-100 cases per year so that extensive personal attention and meticulous trial preparation are afforded to each of their clients on all matters.
Because they are selective in the cases they accept, they are able to immerse ourselves in their cases and as a result, they are able to resolve their clients cases more quickly than other plaintiff’s personal injury firms.

They operate what some might call a boutique firmwhich means they limit their practice to a select group of serious and substantial tort cases, but their results speak for themselves. As a firm, they spend a significant amount of time deciding whether they will accept a case, and, because we only accept a select few cases, they are able to spend more resources than other firms to secure the most knowledgeable experts and to get the best results for their clients.
their firm has received numerous professional accolades including being ranked by Best Lawyers as the #1 medical malpractice firm in the United States and the #1 personal injury firm in the New York area.
Eight of their partners have been listed in the “Best Lawyers in America” as seen in New York Magazine and ten of their partners have been chosen for inclusion in Super Lawyers. The firm also received the highest AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers.
their Senior Partner, Robert L. Conason, is one of the 100 members of the Inner Circle of Advocates and a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Robert L. Conason, Jeffrey Bloom and Ben Rubinowitz are all fellows to the prestigious International Academy of Lawyers - an honor reserved for only 500 attorneys worldwide.
